Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
My question is what type of lawyer do I need for this sitution - my father left me and my 6 siblings his house in his will/trust. It has been 5 years since his passing and nothing has been done with the house some of the siblings want to sell some do not. The executer is making decisions that are not in agreement with all. The executer is not looking out for the best interest of the property. How can the ones that just want out of this get out.
