Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
Questioning the Judge
I have a case pending in California and the lawyers are not working for me. I was wondering if I could write the judge a letter to explain my case. I am out of options and I need some help.

Re: Questioning the Judge
You are entitled to do whatever you want, but judges generally do not consider writings not in official format and especially do not like them when the party is represented by counsel. These documents are often counter-productive. If you are not happy with counsel, seek a second opinion.

Sure! Just fire your attorneys and represent yourself -- in pro per. However, I don't recommend it.
