It looks like you are using some type of program to draft a trust cheaply. You would have to ask the program's writer what those fields mean.

If you are using something given to you by an attorney, you need to ask that attorney.

My best advice for you is that if you do not understand what the two fields are asking, you should hire an attorney who can draft a proper trust for you and to protect your family in the event of a disaster.

Good luck.

This appears to be a program you are using that asks you to fill in the blanks. Attorneys are reluctant to provide any advice as to questions from these programs especially since the rest of the document is not provided. I agree with Mr. Jordan. You should probably seek out an attorney that can assist you with estate planning. Best of luck.

I agree with Mr Jordan and Mr Reid. Unless I have the documents you are referring to in front off me for my review, then I am unable to advise you. You should consult the drafter of the form you are trying to use, to interpret the statements you are inquiring about or obtain the services of a good estate planning attorney to assist you.

It would be malpractice for me to even suggest or help you use a computer program. I always urge people to use an estate planning attorney to draft these documents.
