Re: real estate

Go to an attorney who deals in probate/trust work. Run the to the attorney. Bring every scrap of paper you need to to educate the attorney so the attorney has all of the current paperwork, including the loan documents. If some of the people do not want to sell than you can't force them. What is there an agreement to begin with -- -- -- who knows but explain what happened to the attorney and find out if the attorney thinks there is. Your question leaves so soaps can surely much to be desired in terms of what really happened. You have to make it easier for the attorney with whom you make an appointment. If you don't get an attorney then your whole situation is lost because you don't have enough education to deal with this your selves.
