Real estate title with living trust

My wife and I live in California. Our real estate are titled as "Community Property" We are the trustee of our revocable living trust. We will be moving to Hawaii. Will our trust be valid in Hawaii? and should we title our house in Hawaii as Community Property like we did in California? We want to title the property in Hawaii to minimize our tax liability.

Re: Real estate title with living trust

Any land you own in CA will still be subject to CA tax. You will need a Hawaiian lawyer to answer your question about the validity of the trust.
