Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
I have reason to question the way my grandfather's estate was handled by aunt. She claims no will and there was no disclosure of the value of estate (she sold house) nor on the distribution of assets among 8 surviving children. She also omitted the heirs of a deceased child. I am not nor hope to be considered a beneficiary, but would like to get to the truth of the matter on behalf of my mom and late uncle's family. Do I have a right to challenge her or demand disclosure?
