Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
I just received a Citation Probate about a trust validity matter in Southern California.
What do I need to do?

Hello! Could you expand on the question a little more. Like the colleague above me, I think we need a little more information. Thanks!
Strictly speaking, you don't have to do anything if you don't care what happens to the trust. The challenge to the trust can go on without you, however, and you will be bound by the result. If you wish to challenge the trust (or fight to have it upheld), you must participate in this proceeding and respond.
The question is whether or not you wish to participate in the underlying dispute as to the challege to the trust. Without knowing the situation, however, it is impossible to be any more specific.
Consult with an attorney. Most attorneys offer free consultations and they will want to see what you received to tell you what it specifically means.
