Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

We recently purchased a probate home in California, the family members who were staying in the home will not move. They do not have a lease and are not tenants *they have no water or electricity* Will a 3 day notice to vacate or a 5 day notive suffice?

Hire a lawyer who handles evictions, and evict them. If you attempt to do it yourself they will tie you up in knots for months.
