Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

I recieved a Notice of hearing for probate code 2580, for a conservator to convert a will into a trust. I don't trust the conservator, how to I object.

You may want to consult an attorney. Some bar associations sponsor conservatorship clinics and can provide some guidance on the paperwork. At the very least appear at the hearing and contest the appointment you can ask for a formal hearing at which evidence will be heard.
