refusing to record deed

My bro failed as trustee fo mom's estate.(18 mo no action) I have now been appointed trustee-According to trust, he is entitled mom's 1/2 of a property shared w/ different bro. Also given a 5acre lot in different co., her home is 2 be sold & divided 3 ways. I have done everything legally w attny help, My bro now refuses 2 record quit claim deed to the prop shared w / other bro.

Property taxes are coming due! The bills came to me w/ me listed as responsible. Can I do anything to fix this? the attny I was using has been very slow to act on anything! I want to release him due to no phone calls returned 2 weeks. No action on several occations. I'm at the end of my $5000 retainer! I can't afford to keep this going!! Thanx so much!!

This doesn't make a lot of sense. How did you brother get the title in his name? Did he convey title to himself when he was trustee? If this is just a recording problem, record the deed yourself, you don't need your brother's approval. I don't really understand your question. You can call me to clear it up.
