Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Relinquishment

What is the name of the paperwork needed to relinquish executorship of a will, and how do you go about obtaining one? Does the signature have to be notorized?

Thank You

Re: Relinquishment

I would certainly want the signature to be notarized. And by the way, congratulations on being wise enough to decline this difficult and often unappreciated task. Go to this web page to look at examples of papers you should review. You will have to allow the ActiveX control to see the animation and access the forms. http://www.monamontgomery.net/Forms.htm
