Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Is it possible to remove a successor trustee. Trustee is my sister, successor is sisters son. There are 3 other siblings besides my sister all with 1/4 share of our parents home and property. Parents are deceased.

You would have to provide more detail. I'm assuming that the trust is your parents' trust. If they are deceased, it is not irrevocable. You would have to provide a copy of the trust instrument, which may provide on what grounds you could remove the trustee. The court may remove a trustee, once you file the appropriate petition, if that trustee's service is detrimental to the trust such as unfitness, refusal to account, a donvlict of interest, etc. I suggest you speak in person to a probate attorney.
