Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
I would like to be removed from a trust/will
as I do not want to be a benificiary. Is there a document I can sign and give to the trustee and the trustor ?

There's nothing you can do about it until the trustor/testator dies. Then, you can "disclaim" your interest in the estate.
