Do I need to reply to a Notice Of Summons for a Deed Of Trust Foreclosure? I am listed as one of several Defendants,

You most certainly do. It is highly unusual for a lender to file a judicial foreclosure instead of just foreclosing by trustee's sale. It means either there is a cloud on the deed of trust or they are looking to hold you personally liable for the debt instead of just looking to the property or both. You need to talk to a lawyer in person.
