Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Requested copy of trust..unrevised version sent

My mother & I are beneficiaries of her parents' trust, Calif. (one died, one still living). I requested a copy of the trust, but the copy sent by the executor/largest beneficiary (her sibling) may intentionally be missing a revision. The executor is not trustworthy - what action can be taken to hold executor accountable for omitting a revision upon request of copy of trust & probable other shady things that are taking place & have taken place in relation to this trust?

Re: Requested copy of trust..unrevised version sent

Is she handling both the Trust and the estate of the deceased parent? If she has filed for probate, look at the court's web site if you can get any documents from the file; if the courthouse is not too far away, go there and read through the file. If it is too far, you could hire a copying service to make a copy of the whole file.

If the records show or suggest you are correct, then write and state what supports your opinion that it is incomplete, but do not do it accusing her as you want some co-operation. Offer to help out. Point out there may be some time deadlines. Find out what her schedule is in moving things along. There are other things you could try after that.
