Restraining Orders

Father put restraining orders on my siblings. They were after his money. did verbal and Physical abuse..That has been eight months dad now has senility, I oldest daughter has dpoa but very concerned for his safety. What can i do to ensure the restraining order. I am positive they will be back. PLease Help.

If the restraing order is still in effect, make sure each caregiver is instructed what to do in case it is violated, i.e. call the police. If it is not in effect any more, apply to the court that issued the order to extend it.
