right to review trust and will

mom passed with no will/trust a yr ago and dad had dementia when he made out trust and will. i was told i was intentionally omitted. Dad recently passed. As heir, do I still have right to see the trust and will?

If the estate will be probated (over $100,000 in assets), as an heir you should still receive notice of the probate. If it's a trust, you are also entitled to receive notice of the trust administration, along with instructions for obtaining a copy of the trust.

Both notices carry short deadlines for contesting the will and/or trust, so review the will and/or trust quickly with an attorney to see whether you need to take further action.
