Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

I have a revocable trust and in which i am the grantor and the sole beneficiary. I want to change the Trustee. How do I do this? Is there a special form that needs to be used?

You can change the trustee by executing a written amendment to the trust. You may also need a codicil to your will or a new Will, since usually the same person who is named as trustee is also named as executor. I recommend having a lawyer draw them up, but if you want to tackle it yourself, the best resource for laypersons in CA is Nolo Press.
