Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
Revocable Trust
My mother passed away on 4/21/07. The trustees are a brother and sister. Remaining beneficiaries are 2 sisters, 2 nephews. There is one property remaining to be sold. How do we go about changing the title from the trust to the beneficiaries.
Thank you

Re: Revocable Trust
The trust survives the trustor, therefore there is no need to transfer title to the beneficiaries. Contact me directly.

Re: Revocable Trust
Normally the property is sold from the trust and the proceeds distributed to the beneficiaries. There is no need to change title to the property. If you need assistance with Trust Administration, contact the office. Regards, Ch
