Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Revocable Trusts

I have a revocable trust and have asked the attorneys who are trustees to step down and they refuse. They are not giving me accounts of where my money is going. The stocks they have it invested in are losing at least $20,000.00 a month. How can I get them to step down ?

Re: Revocable Trusts

You need to have another attorney review the terms of the trust, then, depending on the terms, step in and file an action for removal and another for and accounting.

You may also want to contact the State Bar and file a complaint against the attorneys.

Re: Revocable Trusts

You need to remove them pursuant to the procedures called for in the trust document.

You should probably consult with a local attorney to review the trust documents and advise you accordingly.

Let me know if you want to set up a meeting.
