Rights of heir when there is no will, any claim to the estates

My father died 12 years ago, his wife has sold thier home and is moiving to

Costa Rica. Since my father left no will, can the heirs claim any portion of the sale?

If he died without a will his kids would be entitled to a share. you better see a probate lawyer before she gets on that plane.
