Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

My rights as a house-sitter/renter at a house going through probate.

I just need to know if I have any rights while living in this situation?

Your rights should be the same as any other renter. If they want you to leave, they have to give you the appropriate notice.

Your rights would be the same as any other rental situation--any contract you make should be with the executor/administrator of the estate, as this person is the only one with authority to make the deal.
