Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

What rights do we have

My sister is listed as co-executor of our Aunt and Uncle's Trust. Our Aunt passed away in March. Our Uncle refuses to satisfy the trust, he feels everything should be his now that our Aunt is gone. Our uncle went to the bank 3 hours after our Aunt was removed from the house and closed the bank account with my sister name on it. Our father is to receive monthly payments per the trust. How hard is it going to be to make him follow the trust?
