Rights on Special Needs Trust

I have several questions.I have a Special Need Trusts, what are my rights.I am a full time college student, less than 2 yrs. I'll grad. w/ my B.A. and teaching credintials I'll no longer need the assistence of my trustee.How can I have full acces ogf my settlement money?What are the procedures for the process.What does a Special Needs Trust pay for?I have SSI and medical.Can I purchase school cloths with my trust money?Buy a Car, to drive?
