Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
Im running out of time before final distribution settles.
I was given a small home in a will, declaration made by decedent, a quit claim deed, joint tenancy, and others, but was unlawfully evicted from the house, even when I was the recorded taxpayer. What happened was,the property is included in probate in another county (Santa cruz) when property is located in (Monterey County) while under conservatorship and they are going by an older will, not a newer one which I am the true beneficuary. A distant nephew in ND isthe executor of the estate and refuses to make a non probate transfer or share the proceeds of sale of house-sold last month for 400k and I am desperate for advice or representation-call 831-633-3608 asap Final distribution is at the end of month and I need to know what to file to protect my rights to the property, or at least get my share of it. This is a complicated case in which alot of professional negligence and malfecence is demonstrated while my civil rights are being taken away and my reputation is being distroyed, 4 county offices are conspiring together to commit fraud I have original docs to prove it. what forms do i need to file to revoke the will in probate? They are making me pay for the estates lawyers fees which is 80k-can I file a fee dispute to get it out?

You should have hired an attorney when this first started. No one can tell you what form to file, because this is obviously much more complex.
