Scam the Elderely

A family member cons his mother and father into signing there house over to him. He takes out loans to pay off his debts. His father dies, and now he has control of his mother who is 92 years old, and wont let anyone see her or talk to her. He has other siblings. What can we do ?

if you can email my law firm directly with evidence you know of that shows that this person fraudulently induced his parents to sign the home over to him, etc...i may be able to further assist and/or represent "the victim(s)" legally and help get them justice in this matter.

If you have power of attorney you can get an injunction on your brother but I doubt that you have that. Your next option is to get conservatorship over your mother.
