Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Seeking Attorney

I am hoping to find an attorney that would accept a case pro bono.

The situation is about a straightforward trust agreement but the trustee and attorney are both dirty and kept all of the money

some of which I was entitled to. I am a life estate resident with a paid for house that the trustee is the remainderman. They refuse to speak with me and the attorney told her assistant to tell me that there isn't any money for me when I asked for an emergency allotment of $500.00. I was told that the only

thing I have was the house. The attorney changed the deed to this house and now there is mail coming for the attorney to my home welcoming her to the neighborhood with cents off coupons to fix up the house. If pro bono is not feasible, what about a sliding scale arrangement? When I spoke to the county tax assessor about the upcoming tax payment, she kept advising me to seek counsel ASAP. Lastly, I asked for an accounting from the trustee on where the monies were spent. I was given a huge stack of copies that contained, for example, receipts for loofah bath sponges and body lotions, vitamins, etc. So,

some are BS and others are legit.

Please help if you can. They don't think I can fight back due to the loss of my money.

Re: Seeking Attorney

I can give you some free help, but do not expect too much. I would need to see the trust documents and any other relevant papers, and then briefly speak with you. Beyond then writing a short letter to the others I could not provide any additional free services.
