Selling Estate with Will
If there is just a will can property worth approx. $500,000 be sold with just a will? If there are children listed in the will that are no where to be found or incapacitated what happens before selling the property?

Probate would need to be started. Reasonable efforts should be made to locate lost people. We do a lot of these type of cases so please contact us if you are looking for very experienced probate attorneys!
