Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

No Service - Part II

In response to the answers to my first post re atty publishing service only after contacting me, the hearing appears to be only re request to assign my uncle as the administrator. The probate matter was just opened.

I filed a Request for Special Notice to be sure I was included on future service lists. Should a send a Notice to the court regarding the issue?

No, not if you are satisfied with you uncle being administrator.

If you oppose your uncle's appointment, then let the court know by showing up for the hearing. I am not sure whether or not you should object, however.
