Settlement
San Benito County Judge held on 12/20 a informal hearing before trial date in Jan. basically client aettled under extreme pressure from lawyer and is there a time to take off table? She didnt sign anything and nothing was on record. Present, Judge and paries lasted from 1pm to 9pm help

the settlement is not enforceable if not on the record and not in writing, but you can expect some problems if you go further. Make very certain you do not want to settle, and you may want to consult with qualified attorney before you do (your attorney may ask to step out of case, and Judge may grant that)
