Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
how does settling the estate work?
Both parents deceased, as sussecor trustee I have to settle.
How does that work. There are thee siblings. When all funds are in from various CD's etc then does attorney distribute? Do I mail checks or they come in person? Sorry, I am clueless to this. What if one sibling does not like who gets what and she contest it. I see a one dollar clause. Is that really true.
Hopefull all can act like adults.
