Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

hi -

think my sibling (PX) is doing "elder financial abuse" to our parent (TK). they also hold our parents power of authority. sibling PX was parents caregiver for 4 yrs and lived in the home rent-free, bill-free with 1st child for over 14 yrs. then PX moved in their lover and their 2nd kid in the home, against parent's wishes.

then moved parent TK out of parent's home.in 2008, had parent sign HOME and $80,000 equity loan over to them. now parent is in a rest home (slight memory lose from strokes) ) and sibling owns home 100% & has name on parents bank acct and has complete access to the $80K. PX has not spent any of $$$ on parents care; parent's personal tax are on lien. parent says wants all kids to have rights to the proceeds from the home. also parent does not reminder signing the $80K (slight memory lose from strokes) PX said parent has will, has not produced it in last 2 wks. (ask for copy last month). PX did a 2 min video with parent saying that she wanted PX to execute will, and share estate with kids. no estate is left if home is gone.

i returned home in Nov '08. only last month, did i discovered the deed and $80K loan (county records) PX has lied about ownership.

how do i build a SOLID case if I need to take PX to court? PX girlfriend has been paying on bills ... will that give her legal claim to parent's home? what records do I need etc: letter from doctor stating my parent's mental state; records documenting the theft, etc.; notes stating PX financial state, etc.
