Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
Should I sign a receipt for a priminary trust distribution? The first paragraph sounds like a receipt. The second is more leagal.
I just received $3,000 and later should be receiving 1/4 of the estate. I want to make sure I have the right to audit or get the accounting for the trust from the time my mom passed to recent father. Seems like unemployed people have been living real good. I also want to make sure I am not accepting this amount of inheritance
