how do I find out if I was signed-off of a trust . if all benificaries sign some one out do they have to report it to everyone that is listed in the trust .

I am not quite sure what you are asking? Is this a revocable trust and is the grantor (person who created the trust) still alive? If that is the case then you have no right to find out if you were "written out". If this is occuring after the death of someone, then in general beneficiaries do not have any right to remove other beneficiaries (unless that beneficiary consents). There are some very rare exceptions to this rule. Though I would tell you that if the grantor (trust creator) passed away and you did not recieve a copy of the trust (assuming everyone was following the law and using an attorney to administer the estate), then most likely you are not a beneficiary under the trust. If you feel that you have been written out of a trust improperly, please speak to an attorney.
