I signed a release of all claims settlement regarding a trust. How long should it take the lawyer to send the check?

There is no set rule. The trustee may be waiting to obtain the releases from the other beneficiaries. It may take a bit more time to liquidate certain assets. There could be other reasons. Still, if you are waiting more than 2-3 weeks, you should be pushing for an explanation.
