Does signing a Cremation Authorization form in Hawaii obligate one to the deceased's debts? The one to sign is not in any way related by blood or marriage, but as a friend simply wants to help a roommate's last wishes be realized.

Better read the agreement thoroughly before you sign any cremation agreement; I suspect, not seeing the agreement, may obligate the signer to pay the charges.
