Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
I am single making out a Living trust and have two sons. I would like to make them both trustees is this possible and How ?

You just name them both as co-trustees in the trust. I cannot recommend strongly enough that if you do that, you also put in some form of tie-breaker procedure as well, since the last thing you want is for them to have to run into court to resolve every little thing they cannot agree on in the management of the trust.
