Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
my sister asked to handle the sale of a property. I said ok. It turns out she lied to the trust attorney
about real estate commissions, and ended up stealing $16,000+. The attorney didn't figure it out, I did. What if anything should be done to her?

You would have to sue her to return the funds, if she will not voluntarily pay back what is owed to you and other beneficiaries.
