Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
My sister in the executor of my dad's estate. Should I be concerned that I'm not a co-executor. All three of us live in California

Typically, the word "executor" as opposed to "administrator" means that the person was designated by the writer of the will who chose that person. If your sister is honest you have no problem. Your sister will be entitled to an executor's fee, but on the other hand she will do work for it. Possibly, your sister will waive her executor's fee.
