My sister in law changed the locks on the house that my mother j law left for all 3 sibkings. Can she legally changed the locks without notice given or without giving a copy to the other siblings?

Was there an Order from a Probate Court transferring title? Was the property held in a Trust? If so, is it still held in Trust and who is the Trustee? The answers to questions like these will help the attorney to better evaluate your legal rights.
