sister was living in mothers home when mother died---sister will not let two of her brothers view trust. what can be done?

If you have any information regarding the attorney who drafted your mother's trust, you can contact that attorney for a copy of the trust. I agree that you should speak to an estate attorney as soon as possible. The two brothers may need to bring an action in Probate to settle your mother's estate if your sister continue to be uncooperative.
