Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

My Sister sold my Fathers house for 420 thousand dollars because her name was on the deed. She never gave us anything and she stayed with all the money. My Father was suing her for a million dollars before he passed away. We are his children and I would like to know if we can fie a law suit against my sister?

There is not enough information here. An attorney would need to review all the relevant documentation concerning ownership of the house and other financial and legal transactions between your father and sister in order to advise as to whether you may have grounds to sue your sister at this time.

Probably yes, but you need to talk to a lawyer in person about it.
