Skipping Generation Turst Question

My father is interested in creating a skipping generation trust for both my brother and myself. My brother has 1 daughter. I have a stepson through marriage. Will we be able to name my niece (brother's daughter) as my heir (rather than my stepson) in the generation skipping trust?

Are you asking if you can disinherit your step son? Your father chooses the beneficiaries of his own trust. He may choose to name your heirs or not as he sees fit.
