Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
i am the sole beneficiary of my mothers living trust that was prepared by an attorney in los angeles ca but i'm not sure of his name and i have misplaced the trust . Is their a way of getting a copy of it. I beleive his name wa Rusk

Go to the website for the State Bar of California and click on Search for Attorney. Type in Rusk, and start calling the ones in LA. (this is assuming your mother has died. If not, s/he won't be able to tell you anything- you'd have to ask your mother.)
If we are to assume Mom is dead and if we are to assume you have looked through her home, then, indeed, calbar.org at

But there is no Rusk. The only name close is a lawyer with Gibson, Dunn and Crutcher.
