Special needs trust

I am a trust of a special needs trust and need to turn in an accounting for the trust can I use a paralegal or accountant

I assume you mean trustee of a special needs trust... Unless the trust term says differently, you can use whoever is capable of doing the accounting. Howevever, whether the trust will pay for the services of that professional depends on what the trust terms say.

Of course you can. But, whether or not the cost is payable from the trust proceeds depends upon the terms of the trust document.
