Specific gifts of cash
Who are more inclined to receive their share of a will, the Specific Gifts of Cash people or Distribution of Remainder of Trust People if there is not much money to distribute?

Specific distributions come "off the top." If there is anything left over it goes to the remainder or residue beneficiaries.
