Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

ssi,med-i-cal and inheritance

this gal i know is getting a large inheritance and she is on ssi,med-i-cal and is hiding the moiney from them. her dad passed away nov 5th. she already sold the his car for 10,000. they put the name on check under her boyfriends name to hide the money. i saw this happen. she will also be getting cd's bank accounts and the home which will be sold. she has said the money cant go into her name and they will hide it from the system. how do i turn her in??
