''Statue of Limitations''

In California is there a Statue of Limitations with ''LIFE ESTATES'' and also with ''PROBATE''? If yes, please provide the time frames.

I'd need to know more to answer your question--there would be some statutes of limitations involved, but a probate can be filed anytime (there may be consequences if someone's will is not filed within 30 days of his/her death, however).

Not sure what you mean by your question. A life estate gives someone the use of the property for their lifetime, just as it states. Regarding probate, they should be opened as soon as possible , if needed, after someone's death. If it isn't, it eventually needs to be.
