Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
What is the right way to ask for the status of my father's estate? I am one of four of the beneficiaries of my father's but not represented by the same Probate attorny for Washington. Is there a right or wrong way in asking?

Call or send an email to the lawyer's office in Washington and ask for an estimate as to when the estate is likely to be distributed.
