Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
Statute of limitations for contesting trustee accounting
I was told that there is a statute of limitations as to when a beneficiary could contest a trustee's accounting. I cannot find the statute regarding any SOL for trust accountings. Can you give me the citation? Thanks!

California Probate Code section 16063(a)(6).... three years from the time the beneficiary receives an account or report disclosing facts giving rise to a breach of trust claim.
